Follow us as we guide you through the creation of our distillates, from sweet grapes and apples, aromatic herbs to delicate distillates through the journey of our fiery red copper pan.
Under en rundvandring på gården berättar vår värdinna inlevelserikt om resan från fältet till glaset, destilleringsprocessen och om bakgrunden till våra olika destillat.
We finish the tour by tasting a few carefully chosen distillates, according to season.
We offer you several different experiences, where the price is per person and includes VAT.
Vi erbjuder er olika upplevelsepaket som presenteras på vår hemsida, via sociala medier och nyhetsbrev. Är ni min. 6 personer kan ni boka och skräddarsy er egen provning genom att kontakta oss på mail .
När ni är gäster på vår gård vill vi kunna ta hand om er till 100% så att er upplevelse blir så bra som möjligt. Därför måste alla besök förbokas och vi har ingen möjlighet till spontanbesök.

DISTILLATE
TASTINGS
Varmt välkomna ut i våra vinfält där ni får lära er om vinodling i kallt klimat, druvsorter och det hårda arbetet i vinfälten som resulterat i högkvalitativa druvor. Inne i vineriet och destillerit får ni en inblick i vinmakning och destillering. Vi avrundar besöket i provningsrummet där vi provar 4 destillat från gården, 2 gin, 1 akvavit och 1 druvsprit som är vår tolkning på den italienska grappan.
Detta ingår: vingårdsvandring, visning i destilleri och vineri samt provning av 4 destillat.

SPIRIT AND WINE
TASTINGS
A trip in the fruit fields and our botanical garden and a walk through the distillery where we talk about the distillation process, is included in all our tastings.
We try 2 wines and 2 distillates from the vineyard.
Time: 90-120 min.
VIP Workshop
Here we maximise your drinking experience by involving you in the process. The visit begins with a tour of the fruit fields and our botanical garden, where our master distiller will give you an insight into the distillation process. After we have been inside the distillery, the participants can compose a spiced spirit of their own choice, with the assistance of our master distiller, which is then distilled on our recipe development boiler. Meanwhile, we talk about sensory, flavours and try some reference samples of what we distill. When we are done, we offer the opportunity to buy the product we have distilled via Systembolaget.
Denna provning är anpassad för sällskap för min. 6 personer och max 10.
